It was the summer residence of the prominent Feltrinelli family as well as being used to house the exiled Mussolini during the war. Villa Feltrinelli features 21 sumptuous bedrooms, 13 in the main house and 8 in four houses situated around the delightful grounds. All bedrooms are beautifully appointed and are individually designed in a traditional or more modern style. Some have balconies and frescoes on the ceilings. Rooms have lake, mountain or garden views and the spacious bathrooms are a particular delight, with deep bath tubs, heated marble floors and walk-in showers. Gentle colours create a relaxing atmosphere and fine white Egyptian cotton by Frette and Pratesi ensure complete comfort.

The service sets this hotel apart from the rest. Its unobtrusive style, affable approach and attention to detail is consistently a pleasure.
