GOURMET CUISINE
Some of the finest French cuisine can be enjoyed at the gourmet restaurant "Le Saint-Martin" ,guests can dine whilst enjoying the panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean beyond. Alternatively “La Rotisserie" offers an "Atelier de cuisine" - show cooking and wine tasting in the wine cellar perfect pleasures for wine lovers . The summer restaurant "Grill L'Oliveraie " located in the park amidst the century olive trees light Mediterranean cuisine is served as well as some Chef's specialties . Afternoon tea is taken in the hotels bar where beautiful golden tapestries from the 18th century adorn the walls, and drinks can be enjoyed in the evening.
INFINITY POOL
The Château has a heated, outdoor infinity swimming pool, two clay tennis courts, wine tasting and an 18-hole golf course 20km away. There's also a helipad in case guests don't fancy the short drive from Nice airport. Besides being near the beautiful medieval town of St.Paul de Vence, the Picasso, Chagall and Léger museums are nearby.
