A BAROQUE PALACE
In the centre of old Dubrovnik on Gundulic Square, a princely baroque palace has been transformed into the finest hotel on the Dalmatian coast. Once one of the most elegant Renaissance homes in the city, the 750 year old Pucic Palace features dramatic rooms and an historic atmosphere suited to its unique position in the heart of a Unesco World Heritage Site.
ANTIQUE ELEGANCE
The 19 rooms and suites have been named after famous Croatian artists and poets, and feature gleaming parquet floors, dark oak beams, large brocadecurtained windows and sumptuous linen and pillows. The bathrooms also have large windows allowing daylight to flood in; deep porcelain-lined copper baths, Romanesque mosaic tiles, fluffy towels and robes and Bulgari toiletries also feature.
THE ART OF FINE DINING
In three separate restaurants the chefs of the Pucic Palace demonstrate their artistry using the finest ingredients and exceptional local produce. The Café Royal is a Parisian-style brasserie overlooking the busy Gundulic Square. Up on a sheltered terrace, caressed by the sun or lit by the stars, Defne offers the signature flavours of the eastern Mediterranean with dishes from Croatia, Greece, Turkey, Lebanon and Egypt. Razonda is the classiest wine bar in the city, serving traditional Croatian delicacies to compliment its excellent wine list.

A destination for the discerning traveller since the days of Marco Polo, Dubrovnik has arisen regenerated and delightful once more. To walk the pedestrianised old town is to take a step back in time, while the outstandingly beautiful coast is best explored by boat or by taking a picnic to one of the beaches nearby.
