UNIQUE ARCHITECTURE
Santorini's dramatic volcanic heritage has produced unique architecture with houses clinging to the volcanic rim or within the rock itself. Following tradition, one family in the ancient village of Oia has restored 300 year-old caves that were homes, wineries and stables of fisherman and farmers. Aided by local craftsmen and using volcanic raw materials, they have been transformed into a stylish complex of 19 private houses.
DIVINE LOCATION
The complex is set within an amphitheatrical landscape, with an infinity pool that flows into the Aegean horizon. It is surrounded by 14,000 square metres of vineyards, fig trees and colourful flowers, landscaped into dining areas. An old winery by the pool has become a gourmet restaurant and bar, serving homemade dishes with locally-grown fruit and vegetables.
HAND-CRAFTED FURNISHINGS
The original structure is preserved in each private house with their vaulted ceilings, spacious bedrooms, sitting areas, domed bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchenettes and private stone terraces with spectacular views. The chic décor is modern but personalised with beautiful hand-crafted furnishings and hand-woven bed covers and rugs. For the ultimate experience try the Perivolas suite with its private pool.
