Due to their location some 4º from the Tropic of Cancer and close to the African coast, the Canary Islands enjoy a subtropical climate.
From October to April temperatures rarely drop below 21 ºC and the sea remains welcoming. In Tenerife, the majestic landscape, with high mountains covered by snow very close to the beaches, is an additional attraction.
